What is included under the all-inclusive package?

At Enotel Lido all the meals and drinks at the restaurants and bars. We just have a few branded drinks, that have na extra costa but you can always find na equivalent one which is part of the All-Inclusive package. The wet area in the Spa is also free of charge. The treatments have na extra cost if you wish to book one.

At Enotel convention & Sap and Enotel Acqua Club the All-Inclusive system includes all meals and drinks 24 hours, and entertainment ans sports activities for adults and children. The most attractive point is the Water Park with wavepool, lasy river, Acqua Kids a water park for children also included. No matter which one of the resorts you stay, you can enjoy both all areas including gastronomy.
All Spa services have na extra cost. Services as Transfers, Tours, Boutique, are not included.

2. How can I make a booking?

You can access the hotel website to make booking and check all the information you need through our booking function LET’S BOOK, as prices, avalilablity, offers, and more.

3. What are check-in and check-ou times?

Portugal and Brazil:
Check-in: from 2 p.m. on
Check-out: ate 12 noon

We recommed our guests to advise their arrival time when they make the booking.
However, during high occupancy periods, guestrooms may not always be available when you arrive.

4. Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Portugal and Brazil:
It is sometimes possible to check-in earlier however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we reccomend you reserve the room one night in advance.

5. Is Internet available at the hotel?

Portugal and Brazil:
At all enotel Hotels & resorts we offer WiFi Internet access in both guestroom and public areas.
WiFi Internet is free of charge.

7. Aree there pool towels available?

Portugal and Brazil:
We do provide pool towels for our guests.
When you check-in you receive a card which you can exchange daily for the towel.
When you check-out you have to hand the card back otherwise there is a charge.

8. Is it necessary to make previous reservation for the theme restaurants?

Portugal and Brazil:
You have to book them in advance.
Please contact the guest relations after your check-in in order to book them.

9. Is there any dress code for the restaurants?

Portugal and Brazil:
We do have a dress for dinner in all our restaurants. Shorts for men are not alloweded.

10. Is one of the Enotel Hotels next to a Golf Club?

In Madeira, there are two famous Golf courses Palheiro Golf and Santo da Serra Golf Club.
Enotel Golf is just some steps from Santo da Serra Golf Club and 30 minutes away from Palheiro Golf Club.
Enotel Lido and Enotel Quinta do Sol are about 20 / 30 minutes away.
Enotel Baía is 30 minutes away from Palheiro Golf Club and 45 minutes from Santo da Serra Golf Club.

You will find the Caxangá Golf Club is located in Recife (th Capital of Pernabuco State) is around 60 minutes from Enotel Convention & Spa and Enotel Acqua Club in Porto de Galinhas.

11. How do Enotel Hotels deal with food alergies?

At Enotel Hotels we take all food alergies very serious.
All our food is identified and we have information for the ones that are gluten free, and others.
